Narrative

1) What sort of narrative structure are you thinking of having? Why?

We are planning on having a mixture of performance and narrative music video, we feel like the idea will work effectively in relation to the song and although abstract may work well too, we have incorporated it slightly into the narrative and storyline that we've created.

2) How successful are short films with a non-linear narrative or use of flashbacks/flash-forwards?



3) What are the pros and cons to these styles?

They allow the creators to develop the narrative of the music video
They can create confusion within the narrative
